Product purpose
PostBuyGuard helps users organize purchase information, track return windows and warranties, prepare claim drafts, manage evidence checklists, and set reminders. It is a personal organization tool and is not a legal, financial, or consumer-rights advisory service.
Not legal advice
PostBuyGuard is a tracking and organization tool. It does not provide legal advice, legal recommendations, or guarantee any outcome from a claim. Always review the applicable retailer policy, warranty terms, or consumer protection laws before sending a claim request.
Truthful claim use
You agree to use PostBuyGuard only to prepare truthful claims based on real purchases. Submitting false or fraudulent claims may violate retailer policies and applicable laws.
No automated claim submission
PostBuyGuard does not send claims, emails, or messages on your behalf. The claim builder generates message templates that you copy and send yourself through your own email or support portal.
User responsibility
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all deadlines, dates, prices, and policy terms shown in PostBuyGuard. The application calculates estimates based on the information you provide and does not guarantee accuracy of retailer policies, warranty terms, or return windows.
Account usage
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with unauthorized users or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Plan limits
Free accounts may have purchase tracking limits and access to a subset of features. Pro and Family plans may include expanded limits and additional organization tools. Plan details are described on the pricing page.
Limitation of liability
PostBuyGuard is provided "as is" without express or implied warranty. In no event shall the creators or contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or loss arising from your use of the application.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
