PostBuyGuard is designed to keep your purchase and account data private. This page explains how your data is handled.

Account data

When you create an account, your email and secure credentials are stored to enable authentication. Purchase, claim, reminder, and preference data you enter is stored in your cloud account and used only to power your dashboard and workflows.

No email scanning

PostBuyGuard does not connect to Gmail or any email service. It does not read your inbox, scan purchase emails, or import data automatically. All purchase information is entered manually or imported via files you choose to upload.

Claim transmission

PostBuyGuard generates claim message templates that you can copy and send yourself. We never submit claims, send emails, or communicate with retailers on your behalf. You have full control over what information you share.

Sensitive data warning

You should avoid entering highly sensitive information in PostBuyGuard. Do not paste passwords, payment card numbers, social security numbers, or other private identifiers into any fields, notes, or messages.
